We are delighted that you are using the eCademy app to make learning in your company innovative and inspiring.

For support with questions or technical problems, we offer a live chat function within the eCademy app.

The chat enables quick and easy contact with our support team. We attach particular importance to ensuring that communication is fair, respectful and friendly from both sides.

The following rules apply to its use:

  • Based on our Code of Conduct, we would like to point out that we do not tolerate discrimination against our employees, customers and suppliers, especially in matters of gender, age, local or social origin: Gender, age, local or social origin, skin color, religion or ideology, sexual orientation and disability.

  • Please ask your questions in the chat in a fair, respectful and friendly manner.
