There are two different ways to reset your password:
A) You have entered your e-mail address:
If your e-mail address has been stored in our system, then the password can be reset quickly and easily via the "Forgot your password?" option on the start page.
B) You use a user name:
In this case, the password cannot be reset independently.
The easiest way to do this is to contact our support team via the interactive chat. We will respond within a few hours during our service hours. You can also send us an e-mail to support@ecademy-learning.com.
To reset the password quickly, we need your user name and the name of the company.
