eCademy offers broad coverage of the major industrial professions: in the technical and commercial fields, in business professions and in the natural sciences. There are also further learning opportunities in the area of future skills.
eCademy offers an optimized learning structure. Interactive learning units impart knowledge to the trainees. They can test this directly in concrete practical exercises. A final test shows the learning success. Additional content such as simulations, math exercises and comprehensive exam preparation round off successful learning during training.
Trainers can put together their own compilation from the very extensive eCademy content - similar to Spotify playlists. This means that trainees always know what they need to learn. Study lists can be enriched with your own content as well as content from the Internet.
Comprehensive reporting is available to you as a trainer for individual support - at the study list level and for each group assigned to you. This allows you to quickly recognize which content has already been well understood and where there is still some catching up to do.
eCademy works best when you as a trainer optimally combine digital learning with your work lessons (keyword blended learning). You can find exciting information right here in the Help Center. You will also find your own learning program in eCademy, which you can use to expand your skills.
In addition to the eCademy content, you can also upload your own content in the form of Word, PowerPoint and Excel files. You can also integrate images and videos. This allows you to ideally combine the standard eCademy content with your company-specific content.
Your trainees are divided into location groups within eCademy. You can further subdivide these into subgroups. This is important if, for example, you want to activate a study list for a private group.
Everything related to training in one place - a Record Book is integrated within eCademy. The advantage: When trainees have completed learning modules, they automatically appear in the Record Book. Of course, content from vocational school and work lessons can also be added.
