With just a few clicks, you as a trainer can see how your trainees have coped with the study list function. This allows you to respond even more specifically to the strengths and challenges of your trainees. You can see, for example, which content needs to be reinforced.

How do you get to study list reporting?

There are two ways to view the reporting of a study list:

1st way

Click on "Study lists" in the top right-hand menu in the eCademy app and then on the study list for which you would like to see the reporting.

You can find out how to create a study list and access individual study lists here:

Once you have opened the study list, click on "Show report" in the top right-hand corner.

2nd way

Alternatively, click on "Reports" in the top right-hand menu of the eCademy app.

Then use the "Study list" filter to select the one you want.

What do you see in the study list reporting?

You can see at a glance which trainees you have assigned to the study list and whether your trainees have already started working on it or not. Here you can sort the display alphabetically - either by name or profession.

To the right of this, you can see the individual learning content that you have added to the study list. You can see directly what percentage of the test has been completed.

With an additional click on the test result, you can see how the learning unit (consisting of presentation, exercise and test as a didactic triad) was completed.

Explanation of the symbols

for presentation and exercise:

Green checkmark = completed

Yellow circle = started but not completed

Gray circle = not yet started

for the test result:

depending on the result, it is marked in a different color (red = low percentage of correct answers)

You can find more details on reading and interpreting the reports here:
