Are you supervising a team of two trainees? Or are you sick or on vacation and would like a colleague to have access to your study lists?
With the "Add trainers" function, you can add one other trainer per location
add a different trainer to the study list for each location
view the appropriate reporting for the study list.
For data protection reasons, this function is only possible at location level (e.g. Berlin location) and not across companies.
Learning lists in which you are entered as a trainer can always be found in the left-hand menu via the ‘Learning lists’ button and there under the ‘Own learning lists’ filter (as you have the same rights as the creator).
So you can - if you are a co-trainer:
access the reporting directly via the button in the top right-hand corner
change the learning list (e.g. add new content, delete content, sort)
