As a trainer, you can support your trainees in self-directed learning by working with the study lists in eCademy. Thanks to the built-in search function, you can quickly find the right content for your trainees from the many available. You can also use functions such as "Own content" or "External link" to integrate your own documents such as PDFs, images or videos.

Here are a few tips on how to create a good study list. 

Keep the study list clear: for example, add learning units for the next 2 or 4 weeks. This creates a clear structure for your trainees as to how much should be learned and supports time management.

Structure the content in the study list in such a way that you give the trainees an overview of the sensible sequence of learning (e.g. math basics before the specific application). You can find out more here.

In the "Note" field, make it clear what specifically is to be learned, what you expect as a result and, above all, how the digital learning is linked to the face-to-face phase (e.g. if you use flipped classroom as a method)

Support your trainees in self-management. For example, integrate the daily planner, which you can find here free of charge in the Help Center.

Use the reporting, which is specially tailored to each study list. This allows you to see which content has been well understood by your trainees and which has not.

You can collect questions from your trainees via comments and thus also promote exchange and joint digital learning.
