In order to use eCademy successfully as a trainer, we have put together important articles and tips for you here. These cover three questions in particular:
How can I give my trainees a good structure for learning?
How can I see where my trainees currently stand in terms of their skills and learning behavior?
How do I support trainees in their learning?
Structure for learning
It is important that you communicate clearly to trainees,
what specifically is to be learned,
in what time you want to learn and
what the expected result is and how it will be presented.
On the one hand, this is important if you are implementing blended learning (i.e. combining e-learning and face-to-face training in a meaningful way). On the other hand, if trainees learn purely remotely.
Step 1:
Use the search function to get an overview of the content offered by eCademy. Simply enter suitable keywords: From the search results, you can jump directly to the content with just one click.
β
In addition, we offer you comprehensive content overviews for all main professions plus starters and WiSo content.
Important: The content overviews are only visible to trainers who have an eCademy account. π If you are unable to access the link, please close the browser, log in to eCademy and then access this link.
You can find helpful information on the basic structure and organization of eCademy via the webinar recording.
Step 2:
Use the study list function to define what content your trainees are expected to work on by when and what you also expect as a result. You can use the corresponding field in the study lists ("Note to your trainees") for this purpose.
Determine the current learning status and learning behavior of trainees
Where does my trainee stand? This question is not only related to the subject matter (has content been understood, if so, to what extent, where were there still difficulties), but also to learning behavior (e.g. are exercises completed, does learning take place regularly and systematically?)
eCademy offers you a great deal of support in this regard through its extensive reporting functions and many tips on the topic of "learning to learn" (see next section).
Supporting trainees in their learning
Practice makes perfect - as the saying goes. Digital learning in particular requires good time management, self-discipline and the successful handling of difficult learning situations.
In the "Pimp my brain" section, we have provided numerous tips and tools on how trainees can structure their learning even better, find suitable learning strategies for themselves and learn with a high level of self-motivation.
And much more ... Please take a look at our Help Center and point it out to your trainees.
